How it works:

  • Step 1: Submit the Service Request Form

    The journey starts right here on the website! Fill out the quick Service Request Form to let me know your estimated dates for the walks and how many dogs will need this service.

  • Step 2: The Meet & Greet + Trial Walk

    Once I review your request and confirm availability, we’ll schedule a quick, casual meetup at your home. This gives me a chance to introduce myself to your dog in their own environment. We will also go for a short walk with your dog to better understand how they do in walks and any quirks they may have.

  • Step 3: Book & Confirm via Text

    Once the Meet & Greet is completed, I’ll text you to confirm your appointment and lock it into my calendar officially.

  • Step 4: Pre-Service Check-Ins & Reconfirming Logistics

    I will text you 48 hours before the appointment to reconfirm our agreed schedule and see if anything has changed with your dog. I will also send a quick text before I go to your house, letting you know I'm on track and ready to go.

  • Step 5: Real-Time Updates & Peace of Mind

    After every walk, I will send you a text update complete with photos and a quick recap of how the walk went. You’ll get to see their happy faces in real time.

  • Step 6: Welcome Home & Key Return

    After a fun adventure, we head back inside for fresh water and belly rubs, making sure your dog is safe and happy before locking up. I'll send you a quick update and a screenshot of our route so you know exactly how the walk went!

    I will securely return your keys or leave them in your designated secure spot, leaving your home exactly as you left it—with a happy dog waiting for you.
