How do we get started?

We begin with a free initial Meet & Greet. This allows me to meet your pets in their own environment, learn their routines, and ensure we are a perfect match. Once we're good to go, you can easily book future services through

Which towns are included in your services?

Winchester, Woburn, Stoneham, Malden, Burlington, Melrose, Medford, West Medford, and Arlington.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a 50% fee.

What services do you offer?

I offer pet sitting, dog walking, and plant watering services.

Pet sitting can be scheduled for pets such as dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, turtles, hamsters, birds, and others. If you don’t see your animal on the list, don't hesitate to get in touch with me to discuss whether I can provide your requested services.

If I come home early, do I get a refund?

No. Any cancellations made to pet-sitting assignments after the services have already begun will not be refunded.

How do you handle home keys and access?

Your home security is taken very seriously. Keys are kept securely and labeled. Alternatively, I can use a secure lockbox on your property or a digital keypad code.
