What happens if my pet has a medical emergency while you are there?
During our Meet & Greet, I will ask you for your veterinary information. If an emergency arises, I will immediately contact you while securing transport to your primary veterinarian or the nearest 24/7 emergency animal hospital. You will be kept updated every single step of the way.
How do I know everything went well during the visit?
I send updates after every single visit. You’ll get a text containing a brief summary of what we did (feeding, potty breaks, playtime) along with plenty of photos of your happy pet.
