How it works:

  • Step 1: Submit the Service Request Form

    The journey starts right here on the website! Fill out the Service Request Form to let me know your estimated dates and the types of pets that need the drop-in service.

  • Step 2: The Meet & Greet

    Once I review your request and confirm availability, we’ll schedule a quick, casual meetup at your home. This gives me a chance to introduce myself to your pets in their own environment and learn their specific routines. We will walk through where food and supplies are kept and discuss home access.

  • Step 3: Book & Confirm via Text

    Once the Meet & Greet is completed, I’ll text you to confirm your appointment and lock it into my calendar officially.

  • Step 4: Pre-Service Check-Ins & Reconfirming Logistics

    I will text you 48 hours before the appointment to reconfirm our agreed schedule, double-check home access details (like lockbox or garage codes), and see if your pet's routine has changed.

  • Step 5: Real-Time Updates & Peace of Mind

    While you are away, you will never have to wonder how things are going. I will send a quick text before I go to your house, once I’m at your house, and after every single visit. After the visit, I’ll send you a complete update with photos and a quick recap of how your pets are doing. You’ll get to see their happy faces in real time.

  • Step 6: Welcome Home & Key Return

    When your trip is over, I just ask for a quick "we're home!" text so I know your pets are safely back in your hands. I will securely return your keys or leave them in your designated secure spot, leaving your home exactly as you left it—with happy pets waiting for you.
